Selling products is not always an intuitive act for organic producers. Farmers within both large and small operations often aren't sure where to find buyers, but there do seem to be more selling options if you're a larger operation.
The above said, even small organic operations have choices when it comes to buyers, you just may have to look a little harder. First of all, don't count out some of the same buyers that larger operations typically use. Second, really pay attention to your local customers, as they are often really excited to buy goods from smaller organic farms.
