The National Organic Program (NOP) recently released an updated fact sheet about their oversight of organic products. For experienced producers and handlers the facts sheet won't reveal any new information, but if you're currently considering an organic transition, the new fact sheet may be worth a look.
Additionally, the NOP, in order to increase transparency, has posted a new list that includes each organic certifying agent's most recent corrective action report along with its current accreditation certificate, which will be useful for all organic businesses.
