As demand for organic education grows, it's getting much easier to locate a university program that can prepare you for an organic career in agriculture, handling or marketing. However, because organics are a newer segment of American education, it may be hard to suss out which programs offer the best learning opportunities.
Luckily, the Organic Farming Research Foundation (OFRF) has just completed their 2012 Organic Land Grant University Assessment and this report can help you find a school with great vs. just okay organic learning opportunities.
